The farm has a solid experience perpetuate from four generations and is characterized to preserve the tradition and enhance the quality of the products and the protection of the territory. From this point of view, the choice of organic cultivation is inserted. The farm is in the territories of Trapani, Calatafimi-Segesta and Castellamare del Golfo.
For a diversification of the productions, various cultivations are practiced: cultivation of the vine, cultivation of the olive tree, cultivation of cereals, aromatic plants.
The Skopelos wines line, name with which Greeks called the "Faraglioni" near by the Tonnara of Scopello, are born by the love for the territory and the millennial story.
This line is made by 4 different types of wines: Grillo, Nero d'Avola, Zibibbo e Appassimento.
Verdolì is the result of a blend made by Nocellara del Belice olives, Cerasuola and Biancolilla.
It has some appealing and decisive scents, characterized by hints of ripe fruit, notes of tomato leaf and wild herbs. The palate has a good fluidity, with a predominance of sweet over the bitter; the aftertaste returns to the aromas already expressed to the nose with distinct sensations of tomato.
